What can I expect from Magnetic Flow?
The event is an exhibition made of 6 huge luminous interactive structures. Every structure will showcase a show of about 10 minutes exhibiting a piece of originally composed music (between classical music and electro house).
What is included in the night sessions ?
On Fridays and Saturdays evenings, the event will also feature a live music set (with DJ and local artists) on top of the exhibit, and access to the venue bar. The visitors will be able to enjoy live music and walk around the exhibition as they wish. Visitors will be allowed to go through the exhibition space with a drink.
Where is the experience located?
The event will take place at La Vallée at Rue Adolphe Lavallée 39, 1080 Brussels, Belgium
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
The exhibition will be held in an indoor venue.
How long does the experience last?
The visit will take around 50 minutes.
Is there air conditioning?
There is no air conditioning.
Is the experience accessible for deaf people?
The experience is both visual and auditory, so it is accessible for deaf people.
What accessibility options do we have for someone visually impaired?
It is accessible for someone who is visually impaired, however they will not be able to fully enjoy the experience.
Will there be strobe lights?
Some of the installations will include strobe lights and some also use lasers. It is therefore important to respect the safety distances that will be in place.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
No food will be purchasable on site. However, beverages will be available on site for purchase.
What kind of drinks will be available to purchase during the night sessions?
You will be able to purchase soft drinks, beer and wine.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them with the #magneticflow hashtag. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
The experience is a walk through experience.
Will restrooms be available on site?
There are restrooms available on site.
Are there vegan or gluten free options available?
There will not be vegan and gluten free options available.
Can I smoke?
You will be able to smoke in the designated smoking areas.
Is there a dress code?
There is no dress code.
Regarding the access to the event
Do I need to wear a mask?
For the safety and comfort of everyone, masks are recommended within the experience for everyone.
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive within the time stated on your ticket.
What happens if I arrive late?
Depending on how late you are, your entry can be refused depending on if the previous sessions are sold out or not.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed at the event.

Is there an age requirement?
During the day, there is no age requirement and the experience is open to everyone, including children. During the nocturnal events, the age requirement is 16+.
Can I access the event with a stroller?
You can not access the event with a stroller.

Parking is not available.
What if the weather is bad?
The show is in an inside venue so the show will continue as planned.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Flash photography, alcohol, anything which may disturb the other patrons.

Regarding the tickets
Can I purchase a ticket at the event?
You can purchase a ticket at the event, however if the event is sold out, we will not be able to sell more tickets.
Where can I get tickets?
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can contact us and our user support team will process your request. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Is there a Military discount?
There is not a military discount.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please
contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?
We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that has not already sold out. Please

What are the official sellers for this experience?
Official tickets for
Magnetic Flow can only be
purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.
Can I make a Group Booking?
If you would like to book for a group, please

Yes, discounts apply for group bookings.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please
contact us.
